My trunking scanner stopped working today. I see, on RadioReference, that IRC has posted some changes for the future. I input the future freq and all went well except freq 2, 858.98650, which will not take, it changes to 858.98750 instead. Does anyone have any ideas??

It's close enough to work anyway. An error of 1 KHz should be acceptable as long as it's not the control channel.

I don't think IRC has yet executed its rebanding move, though, so there's really no reason to enter
the new channel data in your scanner yet. There's no system operating on the changed channels yet.

I was just down in IRC on Saturday and my radio worked fine on the west system with no dropped calls.

I'll have to check and see which frequency set is currently being used on that system in that radio. I don't
remember if I'm using the original set or the rebanded set.

I'll let you know, hopefully on Monday.
