Indian River Escapees

I have learned that two young males have escaped from Indian River by the Walmart in Massillon. So far I'm hearing the traffic on MARCS SRT 1 with plane 3 and most of the troopers of Stark County. Along with Massillon PD. I just found this out but they've been missing since around 01:00 am.

Does anybody know if they are on MARCS, or if they have their own system? I don't see anything on FCC under Indian River.

Sorry I couldn't post this sooner, they were in custody at around 10am. It sounded like in the area of Erie and Marion. I think I have found both Indian River and Heartland on MARCS.
