I'm curious if there are any REACT Teams in Indiana near Benton County(which is about 25mi NW of Lafayette). I checked there website but the closest one was north of Monticello. Also is there an age limit for REACT?

I thought their was a small REACT team in Saint Joesph County, but I think it was disbanded because of to few members. Not a very popular thing in Indiana to my knowledge. You can always contact your local Emergency Management office, and if you don't have one, you can always get together with officials to possibly set up a local REACT Team. I'm not sure of an age limit, I've seen teenagers on REACT before.

Thanks everyone. It's something Im looking to do as a hobby. I enjoy 2 way communications and public safety, in fact I'm actually going to go to college for Law Enforcement and Fire Safety, so I figured the more experience before hand the better.
Keep in mind that some law enforcement agencies don't consider REACT a good training investment, depending on your area.
Also, some agencies have explorer groups which might be better.

Spanger 6288, I sent you some info along with a contact name and telephone number out of Ft. Wayne for Dist 4. That person should be able to get you in touch with the right people.for finding or starting a REACT group.
