last night hear district 14 was dispatch on district 13 talkgroup does anyone have any idea.

Mark, When lafayette Dist 14 or Lowell Dist 13 has no dispatchers available You will hear Dist 13 on Dist 14's Dispatch talkgroup.Lafayette Dist 14 also does this for Dist 16 Peru Post.You might put your scanner on search and find the other talkgroups that are being used in your area.I monitor ISP Dist 14 thru the Boone County Simucast site and I hear other talkgroups that I am not aware of being used.Hope This Helps.Best Reguards,Tim DeLong W9NES *Monitoring Metro Indianapolis/Marion County,Central Indiana*

There are some evenings when one dispatcher will be running two radios, which means they are dispatching for two districts. Same thing happened the other night for D51 and D52.

I will back up GTO 04 on this with his posting.I have heard the same thing.

This is the new regional dispatch set up. The Area 5 dispatchers handles districts 51, 52 and 53.
Many times 51 and 53 are linked together. Many times I hear 53 units on 51 dispatch talk groups.

I hear this often also up this way for dist 25 and 16 ( love the older guy's voice from d25 )
