There are two MotoTrbo systems in the database licensed to the Airport Authority. I've been listening to this one, https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=9453 this morning while waiting for my flight. The other system is licensed, but appears inactive.

I've run LCN finder and have found some information. I'll do a submission when I get home, but thought I'd post what I've found.

Color Code for the four active channels I've found is 10. It's a Capacity Plus system.

Active frequencies are as follows,
453.4750 LCN 2
453.9750 LCN 3
460.0625 LCN 4
460.5750 LCN 5

None of the other frequencies appear to be active, but it's Sunday, so thing might be slow.

There are about half a dozen active Talk Groups as well. None seem to be related to Airport Authority activities, but sound like vendors and maybe private shuttles.

Both systems are active. One is non public safety but is airport operations etc. Other is an SMR. There is also the Fed Ex TRBO, and almost all the businesses out there are now DMR. All airport public safety is on the IDPS S1. If I ever get time to ride out that way and sit and monitor I will try to log everything. Anyone else that has time and capabilities is welcome to assist.

I didn't get a peep on the SMR, even while I was sitting in the terminal. I heard at least FD and PD dispatch on city system, so I don't know if that's just patched in.

So, the non SMR system is for non public safety operations at the airport?

Oh, do I need to submit what I found or can you add it in?

Correct, the non SMR (licensed as an public safety lic) is for ops etc. The SMR (licensed under an business TRS lic) is for all the businesses under an umbrella company run by airport authority. None of the PD or Fire Rescue is patched to anything that I am aware of. Please do sub everything you have. :)

Odd that I got nothing from the SMR at all. The other system was busy, but as I'm sure you know it can take hours to ID Talk Group users. There are about a dozen active TGs on that system.

I'll submit what I got. At least it's a start.

One other, none related item. IU Health EMS on the ERS-OCI TRBOconnect network is encrypting the dispatch Talk Groups. I'll do a separate submission for that.

That would explain why I no longer hear them on ERS... Funny since at least you can hear the helo ops on VHF and SAFE-T.

They have Talk Groups for the helos, but I didn't hear any activity. The other EMS outfits are pretty active on the system. Well, active in the boring, routine transport with an occasional emergency thrown in sort of way.

OTOH, it was a good test of the latest firmware revision for my 436HP. Which worked really well, BTW.

This is great! We had a bunch of buttons on our consoles at dispatch for the old ltr system but never heard them used. There was one frequency that was ltr and set up as a fallback conventional system with DPL. I'll have to find it.

Do you think the TGs below 100 are false logs?
Is that a common issues with Uniden 436 Discovery Mode?

–reason is….I just can’t imagine there’s need for this many bus/shuttle/parking/transportation talkgroups. Most ones I hear there’s only like 14 seconds of activity in a given 8 hr period

–only really busy TG for buses (not currently in the database) is 115

I did log one iCall last night.

Talkgroup notes from last night:
  • 59 - buses/transportation
  • 72 - buses/transportation
  • 102 - Elevator Maintenance
