Indianapolis Metro Police Department TG 10118 and 10126 same traffic?

I just noticed today that IMPD TG 10118 identified as Traffic 1 in the RR database and TG 10126 identified as Downtown District Primary appear to be the same TG. I'm assuming both TGs are Downtown District Primary? Any reason for the duplicate TG?

Sometimes when they are short they patch the channels together and use 1 control operator

During events and on weekends they will patch 2 to 3 TGs together.. Such as Central 1, Traffic 1, Sheriff Control (MCSO 1). The only almost permanent Patch though is with IFEMS.. 49F-North and 49F-South are almost always patched.

They are doing this pretty often. Seems almost every day now.

Edit: Usually they will patch MET-CD1, MET-IN1, MET-TF1, and MCS-CTL together all to the same control operator.
