Indianapolis Power & Light Question

A couple of questions regarding Indianapolis Power & Light:

Database shows talkgroups for metering and connect/disconnection operations.

1) What talkgroup(s) are used for large outage situations (i.e. storm cleanup)?
2) What talkgroup(s) are used for operations at Harding Street Power Plant ?

Any other details for these OR ANY OTHER 20000-series talkgroups (DPW, IWW, other)

KD4YGG, I would like to answerr your questions on IPL being that I do listen to them during outages in the area where I get my commerical power feed for My Communications Center and my home.Question 1 what talkgroups are used for large outage situations.My Answer to this question would be IPL OPS 1 thru IPL OPS 11. When our power goes out in the area I find them in my area on a location working on a transformer when it goes out..As far as the Talkgoups for Harding street I am not aware of any.If anyone has this infomation could you please post it so it could be added to the data base.
