Individual ASTRO OTAR ID Radio ID

Hey all, I recently bought a Motorola APX7000XE from a public auction and in the codeplug the "Individual ASTRO OTAR ID Radio ID" field under Secure Config is greyed and not editable. Does anyone know how you change this value?

It has a value but it is greyed out and the up/down arrows wont change the value.

It is checked and wont allow the box to be unchecked.

What do y'all mean? My department and several other departments here in my area use OTAR to change keys regularly.

I was just curious. I didn't want you to think you could do anything with OTAR if you were using this as a scanner.

Gotcha. I work for a large FD and work closely with other large FD/PDs. I was having a moment and couldn't figure this out so I thought I'd ask here.
