Industry on starcom

Does citgo refinery fd have talkgroups on the starcom system or county trunked systems?
How are they setup for mutual aid currently?

The Citgo refinery in Lemont iL is using a 5 channel analog trunk system and the FD uses one of the TG's, they also have a VHF freqy that they test on every day around noon....If your asking about one in Indiana I don't know , sorry....
