Is the police activity from around the IMS on SAFE-T talkgroups? I have been listening to Indianapolis Metro feed through Broadcastify and have only heard what seems to be routine transmissions. Thanks.

Radio traffic is on IDPSC on the System wide talkgroups S1-T01 etc.

I heard pagoda command on T3
Police comms on T8
Team 1 & 2 on T10

The s1 and s2 t channels are assigned for use per event and change from one to another. Without a copy of the ics205 from the event action plan there is one way to know for certain what talk groups will be used for what function. Of course the EAPs are not publicly available.
