I found this video from youtube that sounds like what I'm hearing skip to 7:25 on the video and what it could be

It's probably close to the reciever, so I would turn stuff off nearby until it goes away.

How far away should the router be

Keep moving it farther and farther away until it stops. When it stops, stop moving the router.

There is no magic distance. Consumer electronics are horrible for this sort of issue.

Not just turn off, UnPlug a417 as you know those Wall Warts are a fun source, of RFI

This morning it didn't have that but now it's doing it and I haven't moved anything and everything is the same it's strange
