For people in SW Wash. who monitor Clackamas county, OR, they have modified their licenses to add the new freqs. for re-banding.
Pretty simple - just subtract 15MHz from the present 866-869MHz freqs.
But now the fun begins. Newer scanners will need to be re-flashed or have their band plans changed. While older scanners can hear the new freqs. they will not be able to follow the conversations. Start saving your pennies (dollars?).
