Lawrence County Police, Fire & EMS
I have rarely been in the area -- and assume these are right. The county dispatches their police on 155.430. This is where you will find most talking for police units. State police are also in the county, but not much talking on the 155.505 frequency.
There are several frequencies used for fire. The county usually stays on 151.430. New Castle's fire dispatch is just about as active as the county's dispatch frequency. EMS uses 151.430, I believe it is still CSQ. Not sure.

Try 156.150 for Butler Township Police, and 155.130 for Butler Co. Police. Try 158.850 for Beaver Co. Police. These frequencies are not by me, so I cannot let you know the usage, or if they still use them.[/u]
