Info on my new Antrim/Kalkaska County Fire feed

This feed will cover Antrim and Kalkaska Counties for Fire and Fire Ground CH's

This feed is located in Rapid City in Kalkaska county i am only 2 miles from the Antrim County line

I am using a Uniden Home Patrol 1 scanner

The Kalkaska County FG ch's use low power so you have to be within a mile or 2 to hear them

This feed can be busy or dead Summer and Winter are the busy times

I was a Firefighter on Station 5 in Kalkaska County

Just put up a 800mhz 3dbi gain antenna since Antrim is now using the 800 mhz a lot more on fire the antenna i was using was a 4 foot whip 3dbi gao\in antenna for the Railroad band 160 to 170mhz
