Hi, I live in rancho cucomanga which is the Inland empire i'm new to scanning and I would like to know if anyone has good frequencies for the inland empire and san bernardino county. I would like chp and police and also air if possible

Squatell, you came to the right place!

I can fully assure you that you shall enjoy your new hobby. Been doing it myself since the mid-70's.

It really depends on what type of scanner you purchased and please let us know.

That will tell the other RR members "In the Know" of that part of California how they can assist you in plugging in what you want to hear.

These people are the greatest!

Take a look at the RR database for San Bernardino County. Since you are near LA County (Pomona probably is still a hot bed of activity) and Riverside County you might want to look into those systems, too.

Also, this site has alot of information to look up, like the Wiki link for your scanner and to gather information on the various trunking systems and how to understand how they operate. That way you can optimize your scanning to the fullest.
