Inmarsat 15.4W AOR-E stopped transmitting STD-C and Aero due to I-3 to I-4 migration

Anyone in Europe knows where to listen for STD-C EGC and NCS messages?
L-band Aero traffic picked up on 25E Alphasat but no STD-C.

all frequencies STD-C NCS have been moved to 54.4 W . The last migration will be at the beginning of December and 25.5 E will be the main reference in europe (like 15.4 W was)
