This is an update of my earlier list. Some notes:
1. I have converted IsatM2M LES to the standard convention (thought sometimes HEX is used in this service for MES).
2. Note that the LES may be remotely operating an earth station elsewhere to see a satellite.
3. Some LES numbers are used for legacy purposes which is why they may seem wrong.
4. I cannot decode the SBAS (Space Based Augmentation Service for GPS). That information is based on web information and frequency being heard.
5. I know of no available software to decode D+/IsatM2M. I do that by a laborious hands on operation using several pieces of software in weird ways.
I have attached it as a pdf as it is too large to post.

15W not existing? since a long time...

Last time I looked they had left IsatM2M/D+ on 15W but moved everything else off it in the big INMARSAT Migration with most thinking 15W had gone dead. This was many months after everything else had left 15W. I assume they had left that service there to help cover the far north area that the new configuration could not reach for INMARSAT D. I will be doing a new check soon but cannot at the moment as I have to move the dish to do that.

Here is the IsatM2M/D+ bulletin board from 15 W several months after INMARSAT C/Aero and other things had left 15W:
Reg. BB Reg. 3 (IOR) 64.5 E 1537.9950 MHz 4 t/s
Reg. BB Reg. 4 (POR) 177.0 E 1537.8700 MHz 4 t/s
Reg. BB Reg. 1 (AORW) 306.0 E (54.0 W) 1538.3800 MHz 4 t/s
Reg. BB Reg. 2 (AORE) 343.5 E (16.5 W) 1537.8700 MHz 4 t/s <-The 15 W satellite.
Reg. BB Reg. 6 (AMER) 262.5 E (97.5 W) 1537.9950 MHz 4 t/s

As mentioned I will do a new check soon--this weekend if I can get to it.

One should also note that end-of-life for IsatM2M is at the end of this year (2020).
