The end-of-life for the is service was scheduled to be DEC 2020 but has been delay to DEC2021. Although there are no decoders for the service, I can manually decode the bulletin boards by an elaborate process. These signals are very useful for pointing antennas for the INMARSAT satellites. Of particular use is the one on 1537.995 MHz near 99 W and the one on 1538.38 MHz at near 54 W.
