inside a 4 way antenna splitter

figured someone would be interested in what the inside of a 4 to 1 antenna splitter looks like on the inside. frequency range on this one is 678-2700Mhz. I use this antenna splitter hooked to a 12dbi Yagi and running to 2 RTLSDR's. i only monitor a P25P2 system 769-775Mhz. I figured it would be more complex than this. I would have built one myself less than 150.00 bucks

He’s referring to the matching network. Which is as noted a complex series/parallel network.
I removed the first three resistors and connect an antenna to port 1 and port 4 and it works extremely well. Not so well with these first 3 resistors in place and using same ports.

It looks like a well designed unit. Why would you start removing parts?

And since it’s not amplified it will have about 6 dB loss per port.
