DSDPlus Install problem DSD+ 2.228

I downloaded dsd 101 and then downloaded DSDPLUS.dlls then downloaded fftw3.3.5.dll32. Started dsd and it works. I unziped the new DSDPLUS 2.228 version and copied those files into the DSD directory and now I get DSDPLUS p25data data file not found and also the siteloader file is missing. Can someone tell me how I went wrong.
Any help appreciated.

Just create some blank DSDPlus.siteLoader and DSDPlus.P25data files.

a sample DSDPlus.siteLoader file is attached. You will have to rename it from DSDPlus.siteLoader.txt to DSDPlus.siteLoader after you download it, and put it in the folder where the rest of your DSDPlus files are. For the DSDPlus.P25Data file, just create a blank text file by that name and put it in the folder where the rest of your DSDPlus files are.

What went wrong is you didn't follow the instructions:

If you are NOT a new Fast Lane member:

Your Fast Lane update will only contain files that have been changed in this update
and they should ALL be copied to your existing DSD+ Fast Lane folder.

Thank you I can now start dsd+ but before when I started dsd+ out of the box it started to decode without setting everything up, I now see this when I start the program up(snippit attached). I guess I have to setup all the audio in and out and the files before this new version starts to decode ???

I don't see a signal source anywhere. What are you feeding DSD+ with?

I have a discriminator tapped scanner I use, it works with dsd 101 and starts decoding right away but the new dsd+ 2.228 nothing
I lost all my other dsd+ Fastlane copies so I downloaded dsd 101 and then dsd+ 2.228.

Then use the menus to select Passive Digital Monitor mode and then set the input to your sound card / line / mic or whatever it shows up as in your copy of DSD+.

You have audio muted in SDR#. Will that cause the problem?
