Installing and Running OpenWebRX+

I am running Ubuntu 24.04 and had previously installed OpenWebRX, which worked as expected with a SDRplay RSP1B. I decided to install OpenWebRX+ by closely following the instructions at OpenWebRX+ Package Repository However, when I get to "To make sure OpenWebRX+ is running, direct your local web browser to the following address: http://localhost:8073/" I am still getting OpenWebRX and not OpenWebRX+

What am I missing? How do I get OpenWebRX+ to run instead of OpenWebRX?
