Having done much band scanning lately, but did some this morning in the 790Mhz range and was getting multiple strong hits on 796.6375, 796.8625 among others in Wilmington. Heard a specific call for the Hockessin area. Then heard a call for a medic in New Castle, I can't find any of these frequencies in the RR DB and an FCC search only turns up a county in Minnesota. Anyone have an idea what system these belong to? Sounds suspiciously like the current state-wide system.
