Interesting Article on HAARP

Here's an article describing the current state of HAARP, which is still basically in limbo:

I thought people here might be curious. It was widely reported as shut down and abandoned last year, but it was supposed to start up again in late fall/early winter (which I don't think received any press at all). I don't believe they've transmitted anything yet though. Hopefully it'll come back online fully at some point.
