President Elect Biden has long been a fan of trains, often taking one to and from his home in Delaware when senator. Apparently his interest in trains continues as it has been announced he will be taking the train to the inauguration, departing January 19th, wonder if this will be Amtrak 46 with Biden being the 46th president. While the exact schedule hasn't been released the FAA has issued a TFR over the route of the train that might give some insight.

I don't believe there is an Amtrak train numbered 46. A train from Wilmington, the only station in DE, to Washington DC would be a westbound or southbound train and they usually have odd numbered train symbols.

There is an Amtrak locomotive numbered 46: Northeast Regional Train 125
