Interesting Regina listening

I was in Regina on Mar24th. and brought along my SDS100. I was listening to Regina City P25 system.
I noticed tg 5 (RPS Process server) was in the clear and also noticed TG 31 (unidentified) appear on site 2 . It sounded like Campus Security / Police at UofR.

Heard TG 486 this am . Sounded like U of R as well.
