Its some kind of either Housing Authority Police, College Police, Private Police Force, or really high level Security. They carry firearms, tasers, and have bodycams. They were talking about use of the bodycams while interacting with residents in a building. (Had at least 17 floors and mention of unattended minors being a possibility, so who knows.) As well as patrolling a parking garage. One of the supervisors said to turn cam on the instant officer stepped off elevator, and another was saying only use cams if you are going to draw your weapon or taser.... So very interesting.
