Interleaving conv channels??

I am sorry, but I don't have more info on what i am looking for. I was browsing the forums at work and read something about the MARCS system and needing to enter conventional freq in the same bank to give all the TG the same priority.
Where can I get detailed info about this?

I don't remember where I read it, and have looked, but can't find it.

This is true for the Pro-96/2096 for control channel only mode, I cannot speak
for other models.

When creating a MARCS bank and you wish to put more than one site in the same bank. place a conventional frequency between the different site control channels. For example you can place the MARCS site(s) located in your county and any surrounding sites you
can receive or may be able to receive when mobile. This way it allows you to keep track
of traffic on all the different sites you can receive without causing a conflict or having to waste additional banks for MARCS.

Most of us use the five NPSPAC/iTAC frequencies as the buffers. So any interoperable frequencies such as 155.3700 point to point or 154.2800 fire mutrual aid are good buffers as well.

For example someone on the northwest side of Columbus might use a set up like this;
