They aren't using the ham radio much (if at all) since there is a mission right now.

The ISS didn't exist back then, it was probably one of the Russian outposts?

I saw ISS last night, it flew directly above me, it was very bright and easy to spot, man does that thing move. Buy the time I got indoors to see it on my computer live time on n2yo.com. it was already knocking on Ottawa's door. Pretty awesome I must say.

I did hear some chatter on 145.800 but it was fleeting, I wish they would slowl it down a bit lol.

I haven't heard much activity from members aboard the ISS lately. There is a lot of repeater activity on 145.800. Reason for fast talk is that it is generally only usable in any given area for 10 mins.. And don't forget dopler shift.

I listened during a pass over my area and heard audio before and after visual of the ISS / spaceshuttle at 145.8000. The audio was mostly call sign / location.....

Was still very cool to listen. Thanks for posting the frequency.
