The International Spy Museum has applied for five simplex UHF frequencies. These will most likely replace their current system of a couple unlicensed UHF dot/star/itinerant freqs. The application number is 0003029054. The five freqs:

As a side note, the Spy Museum has at least one thing that might be of interest to scanner listeners: an "ancient" scanner that the Soviets used from their embassy to monitor unencrypted FBI transmissions.
