I like these: http://streamingradioguide.com/ and TuneIn: Listen to Online Radio, Music and Talk Stations. Radio.com and iHeartRadio have good apps for the Android (and probably the iPhone) cell phone. I've used these on Amtrak while travelling across the country. Pick up a copy of the World Radio TV Handbook for information, including URLs, of broadcasters outside the USA and Canada.
