Who controls the airspace off the east coast once you leave zdc artcc and all the others?? Where can I find frequencies?

Over the ocean, airliners use long range HF communications.

Okay, I guess that makes sense...I can't see them putting an antenna up in the middle of the ocean. What are the HF frequencies they use?

The North Atlantic is divided up between New York Oceanic (Part of NY ARTCC), Gander Oceanic, Shanwick Oceanic, Santa Maria Oceanic, and Keflavic Oceanic. These are civil agencies and control all traffic both civil and military.
