Even if they did say "WQBH675", who cares? It's 100% irrelevant to the legality of the system. You know how many fire and police departments verbalize the wrong call sign? Either old, expired, or just incorrect? The call sign will be done via CWID over one of the repeaters. Not trying to be a real hard-ass here, but it's really a non-factor to anything other than someone who doesn't understand the calls.
