Interesting the bring up the Pocono Region and Frein being the last straw and Open Sky being useless.

I been side by side with State Police in the Pocono's on calls and the PCO is calling my dispatcher/cell to check status on the trooper since they don't turn it on half the time.

Have not noticed any new portables on them yet, so curious to see what happens here in Troop N
