Does anyone know if there's some esoteric restriction on Brandmeister talkgroup 31190 (Iowa Chat)..? I have no problem on the regular statewide TG 3119 (nor any other BM TGs). Or maybe it's been disabled? This is true whether using my repeater (BM-linked XPR8300) or using 3 different hotspots. Also, 5 different radios (which I've triple-checked the programming of). I seem to recall it working when I last tried it a year or so ago...any clues..?
