An "Iowa" codeplug?
What specifically are you looking to do with your radio? You cannot monitor much in Iowa anymore with an MD-380 as many agencies have switched to the ISICS system. More switch every day. Some rural counties are sill on VHF analog, but they're starting to dwindle.

Last I knew, it could be found on Facebook of all places. There is a "Files" section in the Iowa DMR page. Search for "Iowa DMR Users group 3119" and look for files. They have codeplugs for a lot of different rigs in there.
