I was redoing my ARC-XT system file for the Iowa DOT. I noticed that there are no locations in the DOT page for Pottawatomie County. Looking at the FCC database I found rptr sites at Council Bluffs (2), Avoca, Neola, Minden Township and McCellan.
On the Iowa DOT website I found this file. http://www.iowadot.gov/maintenance/pdf/MaintGarage.pdf It show the current maintenance garages and the roadways color coded that each are responsible
