Iowa LEA Frequencies Closing by 2020-10-31

In a statement by the ISICS Board (2019-09-20) LEA frequencies will no longer be used in Iowa after 2020-10-31. Included in the statement is the suggested channels to use. (This was also mentioned in a broadcast on LEA by a Post 9 dispatcher) -

I heard this live last night at 2200 hours on R1CALL11 from Des Moines State Radio Communications. Around DM area, ISP uses R1CALL11, Dallas County still uses analog DM LEA, Polk County typically uses Law 1 for broadcasts.
