I didn't start listening to the games until last night, don't know why I didn't think of it, listening to the ISU system is always interesting during other sports events, especially during Cyclone football.
I was outside last night cooking some huge Iowa chops on our grill when the weather got rather intense very fast. I had my BC246T outside with me and it's set for ID Search, it started picking up communications from the medical people at a softball venue. It got very dark and windy over there and sue enough same thing happened over by me Northeast of them in a few minutes. That gave me the heads up to get the chops off the grill and finish them inside in the oven.
Radio really comes in handy :lol: :wink:
