IPAD app for showing audio text tags

New to IPAD--

Is there an IPAD App that will stream an audio feed AND display the alpha tags to show the channel labels?

These apps all show alpha tags. There may be others.

Emergency Radio Free, Police Scanner+, Scanner 911. Some of these have versions just for the iPad.
