When a medical helicopter is used in henderson county. They switch to IREACH to communicate. Is this 155.055. Is starcom also used?

Not sure about Starcom. But MedForce has a encrypted ops TG on ISICS.
Check the IREACH TG for your area and see if you hear crosslink traffic.

Not all counties utilize the IREACH talkgroups. Some patch the VHF frequency and others don't. Most of time the VHF frequency is used more. Even in DuPage they use it to coordinate with Superior, LifeStar, LifeNet, UCAN, OSF etc.

Ogle and Kane counties have used IREACH at times for patches, but I'm not sure what Tg or freq they're patching from.

In the metro-east, ISP will turn the patch on in certain situations, but usually there is VHF available to use directly
