When trying to paste a URL from the collaboration section of the wiki, the software is putting the rightmost parenthesis in the wrong place - it renders the link unusable, and you have to go back and fix it manually.

For example...

http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Washington(US)

As it stands, this is incorrect. If you edit this message, you will immediately see the problem. The right parenthesis is missing from the '(US'. This is because the software is resolving the end [/url] tag as part of the address.

best regards..Mike

Interesting, I was wondering if it was browser specific, but it does the same thing on Safari on my Mac.

Yeah, I have this happening under Chrome and IE7 (SSA is eternally behind the 8 ball with browser software - how I wish they would update it to IE8...)

Hmmm...I don't think it's a browser issue. It looks like vBulletin is doing this.

Interesting.
