Yes, 1.03.00 was the last firmware released for the BCT15X.

Hardly. There's an old saying - give a man a fish, he eats for one day. Teach a man to fish and he has a skill for a lifetime.

Think about it

All you needed to do on either the 396XT and 996XT page was put BCT15X in the 'Search' box in the right top corner, and you'd come up with it about 1/3 of the way down. Really, it's not all that hard...
