Is 2018 audio archive available?

Hello all! I'm new to this. But I noticed that the archive only goes back to 2019. And I was in a car accident in December of 2018. And was hoping to listen to audio of it. Since I don't remember much of what happened. And my curiosity is killing me. It won't be used for legal means just my own personal use and curiosity. Is there any way to get it from here?
