Is anyone in SE NY listening to NYSEG's new VHF P25 system?

Still working on getting a hold of the new NYSEG communications manual, but no joy, Yet ! Looking to get a BC-396T in the near future to monitor them. I believe I need a scanner with 7.5Khz steps. I hope the 396 will fill the bill.
