Last time I checked nothing had changed but that was a month or so ago. At the time the system wasn't capable either. They may have finally went for it and upgraded and flipped the switch at the time.

Have you tried monitoring the new rebanded frequencies? (Subtract 15MHz from the old ones or look for the license)
