yo Charlie, whazzup? I don't quite get your question. I see freqs for City of Covington on vhf, uhf and 800mhz at cityfreq.com So are you saying that Cov. PD IS primarily using either uhf or 800m now and you're wondering if they simulcast it down to a vhf freq is that it? Never heard of anyone doing that....I do not know....maybe that is more common than I know of.
Scan vhf and listen for PD dispatch traffic. If they're doing that you'll find them. Good luck. Happy New Year....
