Is DPS WF starting change over to digital

DPS Wichita Falls (155.445) Broadcast to all officers and stations at 10:00 that station will be down to microwave testing and radio change over.

Any idea what they are changing to?

Somebody submitted that info a while back.
Apparently they are replacing the 900 MHz microwave link
between the Wichita Falls DPS office and the Windthorst tower site.
