Is erie county on the conventionally frequencies? What system is cedar point on?

Erie county police and fire are on UHF analog. They will be staying there for the foreseeable future. No reason to change.

2024 Update, Cedar Point opened with security and park operations still analog, apparently no DMR update for them in the off season.

CP is still running older Vertex radios, some labeled as Motorola from when the rebrand happened. They will most likely stay analog as Sandusky PD (who has Kenwood NX300 or TK5320 digital radios) doesn't have access to DMR, as well as Sandusky FD (who has Motorola APX900 P25 radios) use CP Safety's channel for calls at CP. Other CP services are starting to get Mototrbo XPR3000 series portables.

And don't forget Sandusky PD and FD systems (infrastructure) are only about 2 years old at this point.
