Is MEDEVAC a trunking system

I'm in Sussex county New Jersey and looking for Medevac info to put into my trunking scanner. Any help would be appreciated.

According to Ben: http://home.comcast.net/~benandchrisie/medhelos.htm Hahnemann University Medevac 5 is dispatched on 155.220(136.5 PL), but also coordinated by http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=142 This may be the trunked sys you are thinking about, but I don't see any specific TGID for Medvac..just JEMSTAR AEROMEDICAL. My guess it that you will hear everything you want on the dispatch freq. As n2mdk said, ask on the NJ forum if you still need more answers.

There are a few medevacs that we hear in North Jersey.

New Jersey Northstar is a talkgroup on the New Jersey State Police/New Jersey Trunked system. Talkgroup is 26832.

Atlantic Air One is based in Netcong, NJ. You can hear them dispatched on 463.175 DPL of 156. They also talk on the trunked system.

i think i know what he means i gave him some info for northstar, yes northstar is on the NJSP troop b Smartnet system which is a trunked system. i cant help ya with JEMSTAR though
