Is New Albany LTR System Active?

Just trying to get an update on the status of this system.

Is it active yet? Any traffic/talkgroups?

Yes, the LTR system is "active". They aren't using it like it is supposed to be but they are using it.you can go here for the freq and talk groups. http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=492

If you are refering to the Safe-T system, No one but New Chapel Fire company is using the system on a regular bases. New Albany Fire is getting ready to start using Safe-T very Soon from what I understand. part anolog and part digital.

No, wrong system. What you posted is the County system, and it is very active by "police" agencies in Floyd County. And IUS (IU Southeast)

This is "supposed" to be the "new" City of New Albany's system, but does not appear to be in use for trunking.

And New Albany fire has plans to with to Safe-T and will most likely be digital
